MARVIN KENDRICKS

CEO AND FOUNDER

For more than 12 years, Marvin Kendricks, also known as Coach K, has been involved in coaching and recruiting at the high school and collegiate levels. Marvin Kendricks was a two-year starter for LaGrange High School. He earned All-state honorable mention for defense in 2001 and helped his team win the state championship. Coach Kendricks had the opportunity to attend West Hills Community College in Coaling, California, from 2002 to 2004 after completing his high school career. Coach Kendricks started nine games as a sophomore after participating in seven as a freshman. In his second season at West Hills Community, Coach Kendricks accumulated over 800 yards of rushing and seven touchdowns, earning him a position at Ball State University in Muncie,IN, 2005. Coach Kendricks’ career at BSU was sadly cut short by a knee injury, so he concentrated on finishing college. Coach Kendricks earned a bachelor’s degree in sport administration and a minor in business management from Ball State University a year later.

Coach Kendricks believed it was only fitting for him to begin coaching football given the length of time and years he spent playing. Coach Kendricks was given the chance to work with Mike Paul, one of Indiana’s most successful high school coaches, at Muncie Southside High School in Muncie, Indiana. Coach Kendricks’ initial position was as the running back coach. Coach Kendricks changed positions the next year, spending the following three years as a linebacker and assistant defensive coordinator.In the four years of coaching at Muncie Southside High School (2006 to 2010), the team totaled up 38 wins and 6 losses. As Coach Kendricks continued to grow and network, he landed a job with Highland Community College in Highland, Kansas. Coach Kendricks was hired by Mike Beagle, who is a well-respected coach on the collegiate level. He coached for four seasons at Highland Community College.In Coach Kendricks’ first season, he assisted in recruiting and served as the running back coach. Coach Kendricks worked as a linebacker and cornerback coach for the following three years. Coach Kendricks was in charge of South Kansas, Georgia, and Alabama while serving as the recruiting coordinator.

In the next chapter of his career, Coach Kendricks was hired as the defensive backs coach at LaGrange High School in Georgia, where he previously attended high school.During this time, Coach Kendricks received his master’s in sports administration from Liberty University. For the Grangers’ next two seasons, Coach Kendricks worked as their assistant head coach, defensive coordinator, and recruiting coordinator. In addition to winning games, Coach Kendricks is credited with the number of students he was able to help go to college. Coach Kendricks has established a solid network of connections with college coaches at all levels, from Division 1 to junior colleges, and as a result, he is well known in the recruiting industry. Over 500 students, from D1 to NJCAA, have been placed in colleges by Coach Kendricks and his staff of recruiters and scouts. Coach Kendricks feels that being truthful with the high school coach, parents, kids, and college coaches is essential to building a reliable brand in this field. Coach Kendricks has identified recruiting as his passion after years of looking at and attempting various vocations. In order to fulfill his objective and find as many young people as possible, he has persistently utilized social media, coaching, and networking. Coach Kendricks can now successfully do what he does best—get kids into college—using this cutting-edge database and streamlined procedure.

WALTER SCOTT

RECRUITING COORDINATOR 

Coach Walter Scott has an extensive experience in sports, which is one of his several passions in his life. Coach Scott began his football career at Lagrange High School in Lagrange, Georgia. He was a three-year letterman and started on both sides of the ball (DT/LT) on the LaGrange Grangers’ 1991 State and National Championship team. In addition, Coach Scott was a multi-sport athlete. He also played basketball, baseball, and track, which he competed in the state (discuss and shot-put). Coach Scott continued his football career on the collegiate level at Western Kentucky University (Head Coach, Jack Harbaugh), where he played defensive end and was a two-year letterman. In 1994, he transferred to Troy University (Head Coach, Larry Blakeney) and finished his football career as a Trojan. In 1997, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Troy University.Coach Scott is a lifelong learner. In 2013, he earned his Master of Arts Degree in Community Counseling from Argosy University. In 2022, He obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University.

Coach Scott’s passion and purpose is to work with youth and young adults on and off the field. He has coach student-athletes on three levels (middle school, high school, and college). Coach Scott’s fortay is the offensive and defensive line. He served as the assistant head coach/offensive and defensive line coach at Gardner Newman Middle School, LaGrange, GA; associate head coach/defensive line coach at LaGrange High School, LaGrange, GA; and interim defensive line coach at LaGrange College, LaGrange, GA. Under the auspices of his non-profit organization, he co-founded the Lagrange Chargers in 2018. LaGrange Chargers consisted of three teams between the ages of 9-12. The purpose of the program is for student-athletes to learn the fundamentals of football, sportsmanship, and character.

Coach Scott is committed to empower and assist individuals to reach their destiny. It is evident by his extensive years of working with youth and individuals in various capacities, such as: Coach, school counselor, therapist, anger management specialist, teacher, and mentor. Coach Scott is a native of LaGrange, Georgia. He has made significant contributions in his community in many ways. For instance, in 2002, Coach and his wife (Tara L. Scott) founded Family and Children’s Educational Services, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that serves children and families in the state of Alabama and Georgia. Hehas shown throughout his career that he is dedicated to helping the next generation get recruited.

SAM OLAJUBUTU

RECRUITING COORDINATOR 

Sam Olajubutu, a former linebacker for the NFL, attended Lagrange High School in Lagrange,Georgia. He played on the Lagrange High School, Lagrange, Georgia, team that won the state championship in 2001 and received honors like Georgia’s 3A Defensive Player of the Year and West Georgia Player of the Year. In his senior year, he received offers from Mississippi State University and the University of Arkansas, both members of the Southeastern Conference. He ultimately decided on the University of Arkansas, where he has had a successful football career. Sam Olajubutu graduated with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in kinesiology and minoring in physical education.He played for the 2007 Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the 2008 Saskatchewan Roughriders after graduating from college.

Sam Olajubutu decided coaching football would be the next stage in his life after playing football in Canada. He held a linebackers coach and strength and conditioning coach position at Coffeyville Community College in Coffeyville, Kansas, for his first coaching employment. In Poplarville, Mississippi, he then worked as an assistant football coach and linebacker coach at Pearl River Community College. Olajubutu worked at both schools to recruit students from West Kansas and Georgia and assist them in choosing the best school for them.

Olajubutu’s next step was to become a D1 Sports trainer. Sam Olajubutu worked to physically train kids, adults, and teenagers. He worked hard to guide clients in the right direction with their meal plan to achieve their ultimate goal. Sam Olajubutu has had countless years of experience from playing football, coaching football, recruiting, and training. He has helped many people over the years and is utilizing 4 Coaches only to continue to help people.
